1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the App and provide the experience you signed up for.

1.1 Information you provide

• Apple or Google sign-in credentials. PredictaWord requires sign-in before play. On iOS, we receive a stable Apple user identifier and, if you grant it, your email address (which may be a private-relay address provided by Apple) and your full name. On Android, we receive a stable Google account identifier, your email address, and your Google profile name when available.
• Leaderboard name. A public leaderboard name generated from your provider profile name, formatted as first name plus last initial when available. The App does not let users enter custom public handles.

1.2 Information generated by gameplay and purchases

• Game data. Scores, experience points, completed words, daily challenge results, mode preferences, in-app settings, and streak counters.
• Device-generated identifier. A random identifier created on your device the first time you launch the App. It is stored on your device, then sent to Supabase and linked to your account profile for account and device continuity. This is not the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA); we do not request or use the IDFA.
• Purchase data. When you buy or restore the one-time PredictaWord Pro unlock, Apple processes the payment and RevenueCat processes an App Store receipt and transaction details such as the product purchased, purchase status, purchase date, price, currency, and refund status. RevenueCat also receives a randomly generated, app-scoped identifier and limited technical context such as platform, app version, operating-system version, country, and locale. PredictaWord does not send RevenueCat your Apple or Google sign-in identifier, name, email address, advertising identifier, or payment-card details.
• Notification preference. If you enable daily reminder notifications, the reminder time is stored on your device so the App can schedule the local reminder you requested. PredictaWord does not upload or store a push notification token.

1.3 Information we do not collect

• We do not collect advertising identifiers. PredictaWord contains no advertising.
• We do not use behavioral analytics, advertising analytics, cross-app tracking, or marketing SDKs. RevenueCat processes purchase history for purchase analytics and App functionality, including receipt validation, entitlement status, fraud prevention, and purchase restoration.
• We do not collect location data, contacts, microphone audio, photos, or files from your device.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide core gameplay, including saving scores, daily-challenge progress, and stats.
• Operate the leaderboard, including showing your generated leaderboard name next to your score.
• Sync your progress across devices when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Validate, unlock, and restore PredictaWord Pro and review aggregate purchase performance using RevenueCat's purchase-history and reporting tools.
• Send the daily reminder notifications you have explicitly enabled.
• Detect and prevent abuse, cheating, fraud, or automated play.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information to serve advertising, build advertising profiles, or share with advertisers. We do not sell your information.

3. How Information Is Stored

• Server-side data (account, gameplay, and device-generated identifier records for signed-in users) is stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf.
• Purchase data is processed and stored by Apple and RevenueCat to complete purchases, validate the PredictaWord Pro entitlement, restore prior purchases, prevent fraud, provide purchase support, and report aggregate purchase performance.
• On-device data (cached settings, account-scoped progress, and the device-generated identifier) is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage APIs.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary with:

• Apple Inc., to authenticate Sign in with Apple, support device notification permissions, process in-app purchases through the App Store, and retain App Store transaction records under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
• Google LLC, to authenticate Google Sign-In on Android devices.
• Supabase Inc., as our database and authentication provider.
• RevenueCat, Inc., as our in-app purchase processor. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated, app-scoped identifier, purchase history, receipt and transaction details, and limited technical context to validate and restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide purchase support, and produce purchase analytics. PredictaWord does not provide RevenueCat with your sign-in identifier, name, email address, advertising identifier, or payment-card details.
• Service providers and authorities, when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers. We require service providers that receive user data from PredictaWord to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Account deletion. You can permanently delete your account from inside the App at Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your account record, gameplay history, leaderboard entry, and provider email from our active Supabase records. Routine backups and limited security records may remain temporarily as described below.
• Purchase records. Deleting your PredictaWord account does not cancel, refund, or erase an App Store purchase. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase, transaction, receipt, and entitlement records as needed to validate or restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations. Account-deletion and privacy requests apply to records controlled by Crusher Brands and do not require Apple or RevenueCat to delete records they independently control under their terms and privacy policies.
• Notifications. You can turn off daily reminders at any time from the App's settings or your device's notification settings.
• Sign-out without deletion. Signing out disconnects your device from your linked account but leaves server-side records intact. To remove server-side records, use the Delete Account flow.
• Email contact. You may email us to request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law.

6. Data Retention

• We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active.
• When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account record, gameplay history, and leaderboard entry from our active databases. Routine backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten on our service provider's normal backup schedule, and limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
• Purchase, transaction, receipt, and entitlement records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat for as long as reasonably necessary to process, validate, restore, support, and analyze purchases, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations. A PredictaWord account-deletion request does not delete records independently controlled by Apple or RevenueCat.
• On-device data remains until you delete it through the App where available, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
• Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely because it cannot be used to identify you.

7. Children

PredictaWord is rated 13+ in the App Store and is intended for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and managed cloud infrastructure, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

9. International Users

PredictaWord is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
